The first registered purchase agreement for the house in Borsov street No 2 in Prague’s Old Town comes from 1410. The house changed several tens of owners from that time. In 1981 a Prague artist Martin Lhotak and his wife bought the house for their family. In 1996 they rented it out to make it a well-known tea room Dobra cajovna. In 2002 due to the big floods the tea room closed. In October 2005 there was opened a new vegetarian restaurant called Clear Head (Lehka hlava).
From spring 2005 the house has been rented by Sattva s.r.o. – Vaclav Stanislav a Martin Dobes. From spring to autumn 2005 the house was reconstructed to reastaurant and on 17th October 2005 new vegetarian restaurant CLEAR HEAD was open.
