Grilled goat cheese with walnuts on a bed of spinach leaves in coconut milk, served with gratin potatoes, basil pesto, and balsamic reduction.
Root vegetable sauce with Carlsbad dumplings, plant-based protein medallions, lemon, and cranberry gel.
Fluffy Asian bao bun with grilled tofu in BBQ marinade, pickled vegetables, and mustard sauce. Roasted American potatoes with wasabi mayonnaise. Mildly spicy.

Moist, fluffy layer cake with a delicate cream filling, served with sour cherries in syrup and almond mead.

Chocolate-caramel dessert inspired by the famous candy bar. The rich sweetness is balanced perfectly by fresh raspberry sauce and a crispy biscuit crumble.
